  • Ellis Brook Reserve walk, Perth, W.A.

Ellis Brook Reserve walk was only about 17kms from Perth and easy to find. There were three walks that I did this morning: Sixty Foot falls trail, Blue Wren Trail and the Eagle trail. In all about 6 kms walk. The starting point is Rushton Road, Martin, there is a 253m vertical climb and the path in some places was quite rocky. I took my pole for stability which I am glad I did.

Today I was blown away by the beautiful wildflowers that were in abundance!!! So many to see, some were too small for my camera to pick up.
